Fourth Day

Haiti, in the West Indies, occupies the western third of the island of Hispaniola, which it shares with the Dominican Republic. About the size of Maryland, Haiti is two-thirds mountainous, with the rest of the country marked by great valleys, extensive plateaus, and small plains.

Today we collected $209 for a total of $762.79. Today we had all four volunteers spots held. Thanks to our volunteers, we've collected a lot more money than we expected. Haiti can be expecting at least $1,000.

The Answer to today's poll is that Haiti is about the size of Maryland.

  1. Sam and Daniel! You two are so inspirational. I hope that we can continue this even through next week. Either way you are certainly putti leadership and care into action. I will follow your lead.
